The name DaRose combines David and Rose May Alaba and reflects a personal vision of introducing a unique culinary experience in Austria. Positioned as a destination for special occasions, the venue combines meaningful design, hospitality, food, drinks, and entertainment to engage all the senses. The kitchen, led by award-winning chef András Sebestyén, offers a refined fusion of Mediterranean and Singaporean cuisine with an international flair.
